Zanatta produces precision gear racks which range from Quality 10 to Quality 6 on the precision scale. The metals we use include simple steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. To improve durability we employ heat treatments, always in line with the type of application and the material used.

Our racks for industrial use range from module 0.5 to module 30 on a square or flat section with straight or helical gear teeth, and up to 6 metres in length. The company is equipped with cutting-edge machinery, such as CNC gear-cutting systems. We can straighten existing racks by means of a CNC straightening machine, which allows us to achieve rectilinear tolerance levels of up to 0.1 mm/m. We can also execute CNC milling and boring up to L=4000, grinding of surfaces, and CNC grinding of gear teeth to Quality 6.
